Our bodies are made up from % water. We complex cells, called humans, are said to have evolved out of the sea.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Drinking clean water <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hhs.texas.gov\/sites\/default\/files\/documents\/services\/health\/texercise\/importance-of-hydration.pdf\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hydrates<\/a> and oxygenates your body helping it work better and stay fit.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Being over 30% dehydrated, you won\u2019t know that you are dehydrated.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><\/p><p>In the body our <strong>Water Element Pair<\/strong> of systems are the <strong>Kidney Circuit &amp; the Bladder Circuit. <\/strong>Although, our whole body depends on oxygen as it\u2019s primary fuel source - water is the secondary energy source.<\/p><p>From a more subtle energy and emotional body level, <strong>The Water Element<\/strong> within us, serves to provide us with a reservoir of calm strength to persevere with, or, even enjoy Life.<\/p><p>Water is a fundamental resource that we can use to enhance our lives if we take care of the Water within us - Take our Water intake away from us humans and we last only 3 - 7 days depending on temperature and movement.<\/p><p>Reduce our Water intake and we live half lives of struggle and stagnation, suffering &amp; pain.<\/p><p>But hydrate ourselves with water-rich foods that match our constitution, and pure (without contaminants), poured vital water, we breathe better, have more energy, we ache less, and move easier. Nutrients can be carried around the blood stream to our cells, toxins can be carried away and out of the body, the bowel can move easily, reducing inflammation and consequent disease, from poor waste removal. Healing and repair of our bodies can occur when we are hydrated optimally.<\/p><p>Winter season reminds us to respect the Element of Water in our environment.
