The last days of January \/ first days of February brings the first celebration of Spring\u2026<\/em><\/p>

New lunar year & Imbolc<\/u><\/h3><\/blockquote>

In the northern hemisphere<\/strong>, the very first lambs are being born, the first spring-bulb leaves are breaking through the winter soil, and gardeners and farmers are itching to get their seeds for the new growing season into pots, trays and onto windowsills, & into hoop houses.<\/p>

You might have spied your first snow drop, will be celebrating the Celtic imbolc festival or already celebrated your Asian new year.<\/p>

Spring days are starting to swing in through the winter weather.<\/p>

This time of year can be a weird in-between time\u2026<\/strong><\/h3>

We still need to honour the winter<\/strong> temperatures<\/strong> and our body\u2019s natural inclinations to hunker down, and keep our energies preserved \u2026<\/p>

but within us, is the stirrings of new ideas for the year\u2019s growth and expansion ahead - and come mid January, on a clear day, the vibe is definitely Spring.<\/p>

Once Celtic Imbolc , or the Asian new year has passed, look to topping up on real Sunlight and, or D3 (preferably) natural nutritional supplements.<\/p>

As at this time of the year, the long indoors days have depleted us of this wonderful whole-body helper.<\/p>

Get yourself outside on sunny days from now on and expose your skin to some daylight, be it just your face, or roll up your sleeves, for ten minutes. Catch those few and far between spring sunshine rays while you can.<\/p>
