Those who know us, \u00a0know that we are not one for selfies, or even photographs of self by others, me preferring rather to be behind the lens, observing nature, or Hollie chatting with her doggy friends, but \u00a0\u2026<\/strong><\/p>

Sitting in the, rare (up until today), Autumn sunshine, by the river, on our Friday morning walk.<\/p>

I couldn\u2019t resist showing off the geese, that were almost flying off the \u2018rust\u2019 coloured, cotton of our long-sleeved \u2018Lift\u2019 EcoTEE that I am wearing, as the sun warms us for the first time in what seems like weeks. And I thought the autumn colours \u2018glowing\u2019 on my own tee were delightful.<\/p>

So my EcoTEE got a selfie.\u00a0<\/p>

We had walked down to see if we could find the flock of geese, staying in their U.K. winter home - they fly over our place twice a day from somewhere near the river and back, but we haven\u2019t had the time to locate them.<\/p>

<\/p>

Taking our morning exercise, we had decide, it being dry for once, to go look for the birds. However, once we got down the valley to the river, \u00a0the warming sun was such a nice relief from all the greyness of late, that we decided to just sit in the crisp 5\u2019 air, at the lock, on one of the very few benches along the river walk\u2026<\/p>

and absorbed the welcome rays \u2600\ufe0f, the cloudless blue-bird sky above, and watch the river water rushing through the weir, in front of us.<\/p><\/blockquote>
